The aim of the program is to teach men and women, what ever age or size to increase their options in a confrontational situation by using simple easy and affective methods.

Due to the high level of violent images and reports being shown over the media people are becoming desensitized to the affects of violence.
This program helps you to understand the fundamentals of what an attack is, how to avoid looking like a target and
avoiding confrontations and if in the event of a possible attack basic techniques to protect yourself or your family.
The Self Defence Program combines Techniques utilized in:
- 13 Years Martial Arts experience
- 4 Years British Army including deployment to Afghanistan
- British Army Self Defence Courses
- Teachings by ex Body Guard to the Royal Family
